Please read these terms carefully before booking or enquiring about any ELIV Fitness coaching services.
1. Services
ELIV Fitness provides youth strength, conditioning and athletic development coaching for young people aged 12–18. Services include in-person coaching sessions, online programming and blended programmes as described on our website.
2. Bookings & Enquiries
All bookings begin with an initial consultation. Places are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or agreed payment. ELIV Fitness reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
3. Payment
- Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of booking
- A deposit may be required before services commence
- Payments are non-refundable unless a session is cancelled by ELIV Fitness
4. Cancellations
- Cancellations by the client must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session
- ELIV Fitness will provide as much notice as possible in the event of a coach-led cancellation and will offer an alternative session where possible
5. Health & Safety
- It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to inform ELIV Fitness of any medical conditions, injuries or health concerns before sessions begin
- ELIV Fitness coaches hold current Enhanced DBS certification and have completed Safeguarding training
- Young athletes under 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian before participating
6. Liability
ELIV Fitness takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of athletes during sessions. However, ELIV Fitness cannot be held liable for any injury or loss arising from participation, except where caused by the negligence of our coaches.
7. Photography & Media
ELIV Fitness will not photograph or film any young athlete without prior written consent from a parent or guardian. Any approved content will only be used for agreed purposes.
8. Changes to Terms
ELIV Fitness reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this website.
